Your Order is only an offer to purchase our Products and does not create a binding contract until we have accepted it.
When we receive your Order, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your Order to the email address you provided when placing your Order. In this e-mail we will indicate the Order number, and the data of the Products requested. Keep in mind that the purpose of this e-mail is none other than to confirm that we have received your order; it is not an acceptance of your offer to purchase our Products.
Before accepting any offer, we must receive full payment of both the amount of the Products and the shipping costs by any of the means chosen for you.
The offers you make to purchase products may only be considered accepted when we ship the product and notify you by email that the Order has been sent with the details of each product. We reserve the right to reject any offer made on Orders before accepting them. In the event that a product is not available, an informative email will be sent to you and we will not include the data of said product in the Order shipment notification. Products that are not available will not be included in the contract of the products shipped.
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be included in the total price to pay.

7. PAYMENT AND TRANSPORTATION

7.1. Payment Methods:

Paypal : If you select this form of payment, you will be automatically transferred to the PayPal website. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account. If you already have a Paypal account, you will only have to log in.

Payments for orders can be made by credit or debit card or through PayPal.

Card payment : You can make your payment with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment is made through the Shopify Payments payment platform. It is completely safe. Aitana Villa will never have access to your payment details.

7.2. Transport:

Once the payment is made, the shipment will be prepared. This process can take from 1 to 15 days depending on the product. In the case of pre-sale products, the shipment will be made on the date stipulated on the product page.

GLS and Correos y Telégrafos are the transport companies that will make the deliveries. See more information in the Shipping and Returns section.

Aitana Villa cannot be held responsible for shipping delays since this service is offered by third-party companies unrelated to the person responsible for this website. In situations, events or circumstances outside of this part, for example, in the event that the client is not available, transport delays, human, mechanical or technical errors, acts of nature, it is understood that Aitana Villamañán will be released of all responsibility.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade and its reform (Law 1/2010, of March 1), and Directive 2011/83/UE, once the USER has contracted the service and/or CUSTOMER may withdraw from the purchase and request a refund of the amount paid within 14 days from the date of availability.
